- A panel discussion on the topic of challenges facing students as they get ready to enter a highly competitive job market.
- Do's and don'ts, what to look for in an employer, what to expect in your first job, corporate vs. consultancy and other topics that are burning in student's minds.
- Break-out sessions with smaller groups to review student work and give feedback on presentation.
- Some time for individual portfolio reviews and discussion with the professionals.

The format will be:
Panel discussion of job hunting, interviewing and presentation skill development: 6-10 professionals moderated by IDSA representative taking questions from the group of students

Small Group Workshop: Students will be broken into smaller groups of 4-6 with one professional to each group. In these sessions the students will present their portfolios and be critiqued by fellow students and coached by the assigned professional

Individual Critiques: Professionals will be on hand to provide individual sessions with students to review portfolios
